When should I expect a reply?

We review useful messages as soon as practical and prioritise corrections that could affect a player’s decision. A response is not guaranteed for every submission.

What should I include when reporting an error?

Send the GoldCrit page URL, the exact detail that needs changing, the relevant game or platform, and an official supporting link when possible.

Can developers or publishers submit a game?

Yes. Include the game title, current release status, supported platforms, official store or press links, and a concise note about what you would like us to review. A submission does not guarantee coverage or a particular score.

Do you accept paid placements?

Relevant commercial opportunities may be considered, but payment cannot buy a ranking position, favourable score or change to an independent editorial conclusion. Sponsored content is clearly labelled, and affiliate links are identified near the relevant link when used.
